Concept

Earn is a mobile job search app born out of a growing concern about the complexity of the job application process on traditional platforms. The project's primary focus is creating a "Fast-Track" experience cutting out unnecessary steps to connect users with career opportunities as efficiently as possible.

The Problem

In today's fast-paced world, job search apps should be efficient tools, not obstacles. The main issues I've found with existing apps are:

• Redundant Steps: The profile filling process is repetitive and doesn't sync with uploaded documents, wasting users' time.

• Non-Intuitive Search: The filtering feature is too technical and complicated, making it difficult for users to find relevant jobs quickly.

• High Interaction Cost: It takes too many taps just to complete one simple action: applying for a job.

The Solution

As a designer, the solution I offer is Radical Simplicity. I redesign user flows so that every interaction feels light and meaningful:

• One-Tap Application: Optimizes profile integration so users can apply for relevant positions with just one tap.

• Smart Filter Navigation: Simplifies search categories into easy-to-understand visual elements without the need to type multiple parameters.

• Linear User Flow: Eliminates confusing menu branches, ensuring users always know where they are and what to do next.
