Hotely | All-in-One Hotel Management System

Context:

At Nore Inovasi, I worked as a UI Designer on Hotely - a cloud-based Property Management System (PMS) designed specifically for hotels in Indonesia. Hotely integrates reservation management, POS, housekeeping, and accounting into one platform.

My focus was on redesigning the front office interface and the Hotely application, improving the overall look, usability, and consistency of the product used daily by hotel front desk teams across Indonesia.

What I Did:

• Redesigning the front office interface Redesigned the front office UI - the primary interface used by hotel staff to manage check-in, check-out, walk-in guests, and reservations - with a focus on clarity, speed, and ease of use.

• Redesigning the Hotely application Worked on the overall application redesign, improving visual consistency, component structure, and user flows across modules including reservations, housekeeping, and billing.
